I don't know about all of the different esoteric categories of NTR, but basically: there is quite a bit of cheating/cuckolding content, both in doing the cucking (Madison's storyline) and being cucked (Maya's storyline). And a few little bits here and there for more of this, but I tried not to go too overboard on it.

Maybe? As I said, I don't know all of the different flavors of NTR/cucking/etc. I'll let people who play through the game and see all the content tell me which of the various Net-whatever it fits . But there are a lot of varieties of humiliation, adultery, etc. involved here (hidden, in-your-face, being cucked, secretly cucking, openly cucking, etc...)

Go talk to Daisy, she's the in-game guide on what you need to do next. Ask her for advice on girls and she'll give you the step-by-step guide for each girl.

Also check the Help guide, as it's detailed. There's a hard lock on Daisy's advice as you get more advanced with some girls' storylines (for story reasons, just ask Daisy out on a date and you'll see why, it'll resolve itself and then she'll start giving very advanced advice after)

(Also feel free to DM me or post where you are here, and I'll tell you what to do next! I tried to keep it fairly transparent by talking to Daisy, but there are a few parts that are just 'wait and see'. For example, at the last stages of Fiona's relationship, I purposefully slowed it down a bit with a few day-gated events, e.g. "event #1 happen, then 5 days pass, and then event #2 then happen).

Also: a *lot* of events happen on Friday evening and night. Keep those times free when you are waiting for progress. Some of this was by accident, and some by design, to prevent the player form speedrunning/ingesting all of the content in just a few weeks of gametime.
