It's really screwy, but you can make it full screen by using Regedit, going to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SHo0N\Hitomi The Test Subject and changing Screenmanager Fullscreen (second entry on my machine) to 2. Doesn't quite scale right, but way better than trying to squint at an 800x600 image on a 4k screen.

you're better off using windows magnifier in fullscreen mode, because this game doesn't scale to size, it just makes the window bigger.

But if you want that;
Make a shortcut of the .exe file
right click - properties
add " -popupwindow -screen-height 1080 -screen-width 1920" without quotation marks at the end of target
or whatever your resolution is
It makes the game borderless and stretches it to your specified resolution.
Works with most unity games
