Huli makes really good games, and the art grows on you.

I suggest anyone interested in this premise read the Manga "My Lovely Ghost Kana". It's about a guy moving into an abandoned apartment, meeting a ghost living in his room, and having lots of romantic sex with her while learning to 'live' together. It's one of those stories that just stick with you.
