Big kudos to the OP for regular maintenance! This is indeed a very useful thread and should be stickied under a category (together with similar informative threads for easier in-depth identification of games).

This effort had to take some time and thought and the result is a topical tome of nearly endless usefulness. May I grovel at the feet of this benevolent benefactor? It is the Mana-Flow thread from Olympus on high, presented in a simple, unpretentious way so that even noobish blunderers like me can exploit its riches relatively unbefuddled.
