A question, please, about the relationship markers in the OP. Is there any way to identify 3somes? I expected to see something like "F/M/D", which is what I happen to be looking for, but didn't see any 3some examples like that at all. Is there a way to identify 3somes that I've overlooked?

Plus, if anyone is willing to share recommendations for VNs with FMD, please let me know. I recently played through "Her Desire", which has an introductory scene of that type and would love to find others like it.

Here are some games that I like with female protagonists involved in incestuous relationships. These games are all in development, so there is varying progress in relationships in terms of sexual activity. I have described only the incest relationships, but the protagonists have relationships with many others as well.

Her Desire - Has sex with both son and daughter.
Ms. Denvers - No actual sex yet, but developing relations with son and two daughters.
Word of Mouth - No actual sex yet, but developing relations with sisters and nieces. Lesbian only.
A Wife and Mother - Has sex with daughter. Developing relations with son.
Project Myriam - Has sex with son.
Mother Lovers Society - Has sex with daughter. Lesbian only.

Seems to be a common theme in Japanese RPGM games. Unfortunately that means you have to deal with average to bad translations and censored genitals.

Well, that's censorship all over. It never makes any sense, especially these days with the internet. Even when they cite 'national security,' 90% of the time it's just to prevent embarrassment to some overblown politician (and, yes, I pulled that number out of thin air!).
