Most sandbox games have the issue that they don't have a way to quickly age up the daughters, and timeskips would probably introduce more issues to be believable.
There are two I know of that have ways around it though:

Lilith's Throne - Children age up to 18 immediately after birth.
Strive for Power - Children are aged up magically if you decide to keep them. More of a management game than RPG, although it does have a story mode.

Even Peasant quest really doesn't. The Mc of that game is 20 and the only daughters that are actually get aged enough for him to bang is the one who is part succubus and the one who is half goblin. The other children the mc can father never age past toddler stage.

That's what I am currently playing and I'm loving it. No wonder it's one of the top games.

Other than that, most are linear VNs, and I have played most of them. It feels like there aren't enough F/D games compared to M/S or B/S.

Yes, while in the game society the incest is normalized, the game still one of the best.

I also don't like games where incest has little meaning without the taboo aspect. But the girls are all beautiful, and this is probably one of the few games where I was more interested in the 'hard-to-get' queen. Probably because in this game fucking and knocking up the queen is much more taboo than doing the same with MC relatives

I ended up being able to play it, and I'm glad I was able to finish it.
In my opinion, here are the pros and cons:

CONS:
* The story is quite short. While the game has an acceptable ending, it still leaves a few lose ends. I'm not sure if it's on purpose to develop a second chapter/season (hopefully).
* Most of the fights/battles are unnecessary. While present, they don't really have a weight in the story. You can just dodge or avoid the enemies and with the exception of 1 foe, there will not be any effect.
* The lewd scenes are close to none. There is nudity, and one short scene, but not much more. It is not a deal breaker for me, as I'm more focused on the storytelling, but given this site, it may be a bit too short on the porny side for most tastes.

PROS:
+ Unique world building. It mixes the Tibetan mythology with western current world. It is well structured and the story holds its argument very well.
+ Cohesive reincarnation/regressor arc. The MC has what seems to be either memories or visions from a past life. You get to play both in the past (following the Tibetan mythology) and the present (following MC in modern world).
+ Each character is unique. Each has its own personality and motivations. I would love to see how they evolve according to the story, but as the game is quite short, there was not much room for development other than MCs' and his mom.
+ Easy to follow. I didn't get to see if there was a guide or walk through or something, but I didn't needed it as is quite simple to find what the next step/objective is and what to do. I like that in a game, specially since many RPGM games tend to have "hidden options" that can change the story if the player doesn't pick or follows a specific option or path.
+ Models are good. Given that it's a RPGM, and that it's from 2019, the models are good enough for today's standards. I wish the game had a second part so I could get to see more of them.

Overall, I do recommend this game, and I hope there is a continuation in that story. Hopefully they get to leake share it here, so it gets to this list and possibly the story first oriented games one.

I can only suggest and recommend turning to good old comics in such a short supply.
Unfortunately, this platform isn't particularly well-known when it comes to the "very" latest pages from Pegasus, Mando, Foxx, etc., but...

It might be a good way to pass the time to get into comix for the ones who hasn't already.
What I'm trying to say is, 2D or 3D comics can be as entertaining as games.

Lucky Mark was such a terrible game. Total grindfest, and surprise NTR.
Dev is working on another game that looks just as bad though, but I think no boss.
