Technically Mad Island has pretty much every combination - while the main characters don't have any relatives on the island at first, any male character can get every female character pregnant (with the exception that the femMC and unique NPCs cannot get pregnant, and I don't know if the unique male NPCs can get other characters pregnant).
So if you play as male and impregnate a tribal woman, you can later have sex with the offspring, or set up offspring so that they have sex with each other and essentially create a whole family tree.

So I'm checking out a incest tag game by the name of Lust Academy. Basically a parody of Harry Porter, but not so closely following the original. Like in Harry Potter, the MC in Lust Academy growing up in his Uncle and Aunty house, but they also have 2 daughters in this game. They never addressing MC as cousin, as well as MC address them as Uncle, Aunt and Cousins. But this was actually the 'incest' tag coming from. The I-Patch is nowhere to be seen, people said they exist before. They game focus on banging chick in the academy, and it's a lot of sex scene. Not a family focus game. I only checking the gallery, I think it's pretty good game and it's already completed.

Uhh no. There is currently no patch and certainly not an official one (at one point there was a fan patch for true M/S B/S but that got wrecked when the father reveal happened) so imagining something that isn't there and specifically doesn't work when characters outright say "not related" doesn't go on the list like that. If you want to say he has any relation it would be that he was more or less adopted as a baby by Olivia and Don, even though he doesn't refer to them as Mom/Dad, there are reference to him being essentially family at different points.

Fuck it... I guess I'll also reveal that recently I've been working on doing one of my true indepth ipatches for this game. I'm attempting to work on two versions of the patch... One which does make Olivia your Aunt and Ashley/Samantha your cousins, the other version takes things further and makes Samantha your bio sister instead. Yeah I know all about the MC's father twist and have already tweaked that stuff to allow for her existence it it. (I tried searching the script for all 4 parts and I don't see anywhere that the brief mention of her wanting to find her real dad in part 1 ever actually went anywhere and we never actually meet him, I feel like that's the only thing that could screw me up? Hopefully that's not part of the latest DLC that no one has leaked yet...)
Anyways I'm only just about to start part 2, so it may take me a month or two to finish everything, because if you've seen some of my other work, you know I try to be very thorough and that I often find myself unable to stop myself from also dramatically improving the English throughout the whole dam game. (Think I patched somewhere around 1000 lines in part 1 for English alone, and about 300 some for taboo/family dialogue reasons in addition to a few adding a few extra lines to some scenes...)

Are you sure there was a father? I feel like I can count the number of games on one hand where the MC knows their father and he doesn't get killed off/arrested/hospitalized/kidnapped/divorced by the end of the first act?

Father was around for a long time in Tyrant. Also had a father in Deluca Family, right? Though there was no incest in that one.
Also, Father in Lucky Mark NTRs MC by molesting his sister.

I think you're looking for LOSER, no pun intended. It's a few incez game with the father presence in the family. Also you're heavily rely on your PC to increase your skill. It is super grindy than any other grindy games that I knew of, and if you do passed the grind, the reward, aka sexual scene are very short and not really that hot. I don't know why you're looking into it, it's really bad game and haven't been updated for almost a year.

Probably loser, the game is unplayable without the cheat mod and even then it's way to grindy and complicated. It'd honestly be a pretty good game if they reduced the grind but as it is now the content is just not worth going through the grind. I wish someone would take remake it or make a mod that makes the game actually worth playing.

tbh when the rework is done I'll still play it with incest in mind even if there is no path when I do play it cause it was the original intent of the game and developer. and yeah it's been removed for sometime now

I don't see why it's popular because the game is incredibly boring, with an awful gaming loop and one note characters. I can't even defend the models and sex scenes because In my opinion I thought both were average at best. And the story's not Okish at all, I thought it was outright absolutely horrible. Like I can not stress enough how much I hated the story and the whole groundhogs loop thing. So no I can't understand why it's popular. Literally everything about the game ranges from average to bad. I don't think I liked anything about the game, I played through the entire first season and got through most of the second season and decided I couldn't take it anymore

Well what can I say. If a game makes even a hater play through 1.5 seasons, it gonna be popular, I guess
