Right now there are hints of potential activities with the MCs sister. There are no gold tags yet though.

Game is now finished and I see there is an mod in the thread to make it true.
Bitter Harvest: A Revengeful Heart - Has the tag we're looking for in the future tag section so at the very least it should be in the watch list. Haven't played it myself but there is definitely a mom and sister character. Does anyone know if they are hard coded by dialogue as step that will need a patch or can they be true as well?

So I never know how to deal with games like this. It has a half-assed choose your relationship thing, but currently hardcoded calling the absentee dad Landlord (but later reveals he has the same last name as the MC...), and had the mom character say this line "Well you have been living with us since you were very young."
Of course I did my thing and made a mod to fix a bunch of shit and make everything work for bio... But would the base game be considered step? adopted? nothing? There is a mom and 3 sisters that you define relationships to.
Speaking of games I modded...

Needs the mod tag as well as the abandoned one since sadly the dev apparently passed away.

I somewhat suspicion with the way the dev has worded some things with use of "my" that the MC may actually just be step with the sister/cousin/aunt, but there's been nothing that definitively indicates that, no use of the word step with them, or anything that would prevent them from being blood to this point.
