I don't think they get *all* knocked up in a single ending, but Man Of The House has pregnancy endings for most, if not all, characters.

I thought only the younger sister gets a pregnant ending in Man of the House. Because I remember being kinda bummed about it.

Friends, could you recommend a game that has an evil sister, preferably 3D? I’ve already played Monkey Business and the interactions with the sister are great — I think this is my favorite in that category. I also played Amnesia, and the sister Elena is wonderful; she insults the MC and blackmails him into cleaning her room. The older sister in Power Vacuum is also really cool, and even though I have trouble with sandbox, I’m willing to deal with it if it’s worth it. There are others, but they aren’t as focused on the sister as the ones I mentioned. It would be great if there was a lot of content and you could focus just on her. Could someone recommend something similar? Even if she’s not evil, but doesn’t give in easily, that would still count.

It's plot happens in a desert and it has content with daughter it has also has choice of sharing.

Long, long time ago I've readen opinion that Hot Sand of Antarctica is similar. Never played it, so can't confirm, but in initial post you can read "Review notice: Any reviews mentioning Desert Stalker will be removed!", so I guess there's a grain of truth in it. It's abbandoned however.
