You play the game from 2 different POVs and the sister is one of them (since Chris can't see or know what is happening there). I don't know why the game marks transitions only to Chris POV, but never to another.

(this feels particularly true for the 3d Daz shit) like u could at least have the same eye color and hair color as the MC like the sister and mom in Summertime Saga, anyone got any recommendations for games where they actually look related to the MC?

Probably because most games also try to skirt incest censorship by going the step-route and it's easier to do that when they don't look blood related.

Looking like related to the MC is very rare, I can think of maybe two or three. What I can do is list a few games where the rest of the family could pass as been related, some more than the others.

And Patreon isn't the only platform in existence, you know, and they all have difference rules and varying tolerances. SubscribeStar, Patreon, and Steam for instance all treat it very differently.

Even with my limited knowledge of 3d modeling and texture, I have a hard time imagining devs don't know how to customize hue if they know how to pose and import models lol.

I stand by what I said, there are a lot of games that are hand drawn or whatever and still don't make them look related.
