Don't normally recommend comics but didn't see this on the list and it has some incredible images.
Nature of Nurture is some amazing stuff. True M/S and B/S.
Fantastic writing and renders. Well worth checking out for incest fans.

What Dreams May Come is a fantasy spin with the same characters from Nature of Nurture. No Justice is Wicked is mostly fake-cest, but the writing is still quite good.
Unfortunately, they take a long time to make new chapters, though chapter 3 of Nature should be done sometime next year hopefully.
I have to ask though, wouldn't Nature of Nurture be considered step M/S B/S instead? It was stated early on that both Will and Chris were adopted unless I misinterpreted something. Yeah, that wasn't there. Also, the intro of No Justice is Wicked, where the neighbor introduces her stepson, he was her real son before. Though the MC being adopted there is canon, as he looks nothing like his Guardian.
Both kids in Nature of Nurture bear a resemblance to each other and to the Mum. They were definitely intended to be blood related. Can't really do a patch for a comic though.

Come to think of it, this one should at least have B/S, and perhaps even S/S (from a certain point in the story, MC has several threesomes/orgies involving his sisters, where they also "interact" with each other). Other tags may also apply (since my memory sucks a little).
