Played this game yesterday. Game does not have a single protagonist. You get to make choices for several different characters. There are two main families:
Dad, Mom, Daughter, Dad's daughter from a previous one-night stand
Mom's sister, Non-identical twin daughters of Mom's sister
Seems possible for any/all pairings or group sex. So far, incest focus has been on:
- Threesome sex with Dad, Mom, and Mom's sister
- Groping and hand jobs between Dad and daughter from one-night stand
- Flirting and fantasizing between half sisters
- Flirting and fantasizing between Dad and daughter
- Flirting between Mom and daughter

Heart problems has pretty good art style, love it because of that, the only but that i found in the game is that the incest theme is aunt and cousin incest, not my type yk, and that is kind of a short game, but great game overall
So "Dad" is the only male in this family? Maybe that's where the dads in other incest games disappeared to

It seems that Amnesia no longer has true incest since the last update. At least until someone makes a patch. You can change the relationships in-game, which is pointless in my opinion, but right at the start the “mother” says she's not the MC's real mother. The patch needs to modify an entire conversation to make it true incest. For now, I'll change it to step when I update the list this weekend.

If it had incest integrated then it really was a silly mistake because it should be basic knowledge by now to put that in a separate patch to not get flagged by those platforms.

Not when a mob of crazy Karens comes knocking at your door. Patreon caves to that shit instantly and nuked the page without warning. Petitions on all kinds of social media platforms made quite a stir, it actually made the real news.
Kudos to Valve for not bowing to the mob, it was the Dev who decided to pull the game, as the role of international sex villain was not one they were comfortable with.
I still say there is no such thing as bad publicity, and there are much worse games on Steam, but it is what it is.
It was not the incest that got this game banned, by the way, it was the rape and blackmail. The incest was just the frosting on the crazed censor's cake.

Of all these games, who are some best characters that stayed with you. May be because they are too adorable, sweet or simply very interesting characters. I hate those cliche characters who exist because you can have sex with them. Many incest games are like that which I hate.

It seems that the dev had a certain crisis of conscience regarding incest after he got married and had children, it seems to me that the guy doesn't know how to separate fiction from real life. I think he should start doing only projects aimed at children lol
