Well... it looks like another game will probably be thrown out of our list because dev have changed the plot once again and there is no incest in it anymore and from what I can read in game thread there is probably not much chance that someone will change a large part of the plot to create an incest patch for it.

You can't have incest without a story to begin with... it's also NTR tagged which is a dealbreaker too.
The whole game seems like a red flag to begin with... so nothing of value was lost.

It's the end of Incest games. Unfortunately, all developers sold out and gave up on continuing in the industry, even though they were the ones who made it popular.
They don't even have a Patreon account. In this case it's that the author fears Subscribestar might start enforcing their rules and that they believe Steam might at some point adopt Patreon-like rules regarding incest.
Which, from what I read, would still put this game in danger of removal, as Patreon doesn't penalize only actual incest, but anything where the characters are in a familial relationship. So even if they're raised similar to how siblings would while not related in any way, they'd still fall afoul of Patreon's rules. See e.g. the character changes of BreakTheBar's "Seat of Fertility" story over on literotica.

It doesn't make sense, since he lost his Patreon account for this game, Subscribestar doesn't care about anything, and Steam only cares about underage looking characters. He's only going to hurt himself by doing this, since incest was the main part of this game.
But to be honest, in this case, I don't really care, because this guy is the king of bullshit. He's been promising the world in his games for years and so far hasn't delivered anything, just a handful of scenes and countless reworks.
