Sounds like Girl House, though that last bit with the incest was taken out, so now it's just a bunch or random people living together. MC is an ugly little goblin who can't get laid except through blackmail or other creepy shit, has a permanent bite scar on his dick, and the game is crap.
At least the one scene banging the neighbor is pretty good, but not worth playing the game to get.

So yeah the original game Girl House only sorta hinted at a possible bio family connection. The remake (Lust & Life) shut that down with an opening scene that made it pretty hard to deny that the son was definitely dead. But I was inspired and actually fan modded the incest plot content he described about them being his real family into the game last year since that seemed like where the game was going before the rework and I was bored so why the hell not...

Which actually now that I think of it, the game's name change and the existence of the mod should be noted on the list.

I disagree about the foster. The landlady just let the MC live in her house for a while they don't live or behave as a family. The vanilla game has no incest whatsoever. However, there is a mod that makes the girls and the landlady the protagonist's biological family, so the tags should be MOD: True M/S B/S others true M/D S/S.

Not that it really matters as Ocean will never finish a game anyway.
Still sucks that they censored their shit when they didn't even need to.

Good slice of life incest games are rare... you could try Sisterly Lust.
If you like a bit of more story/action then maybe Tales from The Unending Void from the same dev. It's Sci-Fi but still mostly slice of life.
And if you like reading, and by reading I mean reading a lot, then go for My New Family. That's THE slice of life incest game out there.

Man of the House - it has some sci-fi, but nothing that forcefully changes how the MC's family members think about him.
