How much content does it have with M and S? Years ago, dev told me it's like a minute content with m & s and they are not the main focus of the game.
Sisterly Lust. The MC can marry his Mom, his three sisters and some other girls.
I think that game is an incest/harem classic.

The MC and a girl bang only for them to later learn that he is her biological father. Hopefully the dev's Patreon survives the reveal as we need to wait until the next version to see the true fallout of the revelation and whether or not they continue their sexual relationship.
On a different note, I see that someone has made a fan patch (I'm assuming it's fan since it came out in 2024 for a game that started in 2022?) for Insatiable to turn the Step into True:

Imperial Chronicles - the game of the same Dev as Monkey Business is set in the Medieval. I think the MC is so far is just drilling his Mom, but knowing the previous game I wouldn't be surprised if they marry in the end.
