So you're comparing donating 8$ per month, to spend at least 100$ or so for a new cpu, which includes necessarily upgrading also your motherboard which in turn cost other 80$ or so, for a total of 180$?
Please tell me you're a troll. Do you think that people here have so much money to use? If you're a milionare yourself cool, lucky you, but not everyone is rich here.
Even if you were to buy secondhand stuff, you'd still be spending more than donating 8$ per month to a porn game here so the point still stands.
Also don't tell me about the fact that 8$ per month in 12 month is a total 96$ and that they could've used that for upgrading, because even so it's still not enough and again, people have so much money per month, being for the type of job or stuff they have in real.
If you're so poor that $180 is some ludicrous amount of money to replace a CPU, which again, is more than ten years old and is basically e-waste at this point, maybe stop donating to Patreon games, which is tantamount to taking your apparently limited funds, and just throwing them the fuck away.
Comparing maybe $8 a month for 4 years to a new CPU is kinda like comparing buying groceries to buying a car, both are "essential", but one is cost over time instead of instant. It's more convenient in the long run to buy all at once, but it's cheaper per "x amount of time" until it isn't. It's why most people do installments rather than buying a car off the lot at full price.
It's more like buying a new CPU is like buying a car, whereas donating to Patreon porn games is like continuously paying someone to build you a car, but then you still have to pay the sticker price for the whole car once he's done building the car. Oh, and he's under no obligation to actually finish it. And you're standing in a factory full of half finished cars that will never be built. And the cars are made of papier mache.

What the fuck am I saying? I don't fucking know. But I'd take the few extra in the moment to upgrade my decade old PC instead of paying that $8 that adds up. But to each their own.
Since you're just fishing for an argument, why don't you just go to a lake? Because all you've done in 7 replies is incite anger. Stand up from your chair and go talk to someone.
Yeah, it's su unreasonable to expect a CPU with AVX instructions. I'm still waiting for a build that doesn't need more than one compute core. And he hosts the game on Patreon? Who says I have internet? When is he going to port the game to punch cards? Hopefully I'll get a build I can run on my difference engine.

What is your problem if the game works for EVERYONE, and not just for owners of the last two generations of processors? You can't even pay for it? Why do you need a processor if you don't have a game??
No. I have a 2018 processor and it doesn't have avx.
Xeon processors until 2018 do not have avx.
In Pentium processors that were once top Intel - there is no avx.
And such a processor is quite enough for gaming at 1080p at above-average settings.
And, AMD only got avx!!! in the second generation of Ryzen!
Edit: When you go to the unlock screen in the game, it should tell you which "Nr." or number... then you just have to click Get Code and it will take you to the Patreon post that has been assigned to your game. Then just look for the link that you were directed to (below) and there you have your code.
