All my drivers are up-to-date. I tried to reinstall them, but it didn't help. All the previous versions worked, but this new one doesn't work, so could it be that this new version isn't compatible with my graphic card for some reason and I need to change graphic card? My pc always had problems with games made with Unreal Engine, they always kept stopping responding, freezing and reacting slowly, so I always had to set the graphic settings of the game to the lowest settings, and the it worked.

I just don't get you idiots willing to bend over for micro$oft in 2023. ;/
Back in 2009 with Windows 7 released using a OS with +12yerar would be you running Windows 98, which defo not run 90% of the gamers release in 2009 :)

Be real mate you dont care about security, either your hardware is straight ancient or you are too lazy to upgrade, if you cared about security you would be running Linux

I can related to both opinions here. Windows 7 was very user-friendly and i miss the frontend. But when it comes down to security as described... well there is actually none or at least not much. If someone wants to get into your device and knows how to do it, he can do it.

But only if you use W7 and older. No one will never ever be able to breach into W10 and up even if they want too an know how to do it :p

I mean I use more modern OS myself but the energy some ppl spend to berate someone asking a question how to make something work instead of getting ideas of how to make it work is weird.

In fact, anybody can steal internet bandwidth from neighbours by hacking their wifi password in just 2 minutes. So many plot holes in the windows systems you can easily hack almost anything without putting much effort using just "Command Prompt" whether it is the newer Windows 11 or not hehehe.

Sorry to say man, that graphics card is really really old. The game probably requires newer features than that card supports such as DirectX12. With this update, I noticed there is a shortcut in the game's root folder that starts the game in DirectX11 mode; try that. You should really upgrade your graphics card or probably just your whole PC.

Radeon driver version 22.2.2 only supports Radeon cards from the RX 400 series and newer. The Radeon RX 480 came out in 2016... Your card came out in 2010!

The game probably needs at least Direct3D11 feature level 11_1; your card only supports feature level 11_0.

Im using W10 my self and im pretty fine with it. I dont like W11, i think W10 suits myself way better, but this is very subjective, which is totally fine for anyone to be.
I like your attitude on your last mention!
btw i like the blond elven one of your HS2 xmas cards!

as someone using Linux for >10 years, this is the dumbest statement one could make about Linux...

If you would care about security you shouldn't use a computer in the first place.
I totally agree with that. Its actually the exact reason why i dont got a smart-phone since 4 years. WHen it comes down to my PC, i literally dont care, cause of my cringe attitude.

Thanks; I hope she brought you some christmas joy :D

And I agree; ppl should use what they feel ok with as long as they keep potential risks in mind. I am pretty sure by now every W7 user is aware that that OS is not that fresh anymore. But its not like an army of hackers just waits for any W7 user to go online to kill his rig (and if they do I am sure what OS is used and how updated it is does not really matter). Risk with some random malware/bots/other automatic stuff in the net is prolly higher.
