looks like it's trying to open ue project and don't found, not sure exactly but you can use:
0. re-download and make sure it is not corrupted archive, then unpack with 7zip, if problem exist then -
1. try run another app in that folder, which is 236kb
2. try to install the Visual C++ Redistributables 2012-2025 in your windows
3. update dependencies like directx, drivers also useful if long time didn't
restart pc
run app as Admin... also might help with compatibility Win 10.
