The Game is "Only" 44.15GB, the reaming 60+GB is Mod Studio.

Yes, R7 includes all you need. After install only transfer your folders save and chara and already play along.
Repacks are no "updates" but the full playable game with all common mods.

You can create own girls or tweak cards from the community to your own taste.
More rooms (and more H-scenes) you can unlock with your achievement points.

Download is 44.15 GB if you're not planning on using studio (the sideloader content)
if you're going through the sukebei link then just deselect sideloader before you start torrenting
