Identify honey select game that I can't remember

Hi everyone, I'm trying to find an adult game made with Honey Select 1, but I can't remember the name. I only recall some specific scenes, so I'm hoping someone here recognizes it.

• The game starts with the main character in a bar/club.
• Depending on your choices, a woman gives you oral sex in the club's bathroom.
• After leaving the club, you get into a fight.
• After the fight, you pass out/unconscious.
• When you wake up, you find yourself in an alternate world, which looks just like the previous one, like a parallel universe.
• You start living in a rented room in a house with a mother and two daughters.
• Your neighbor is a nurse who often exposes herself while at the pool.
• It seems like you and the people in the house were placed there by a doctor or scientist.
• Later in the game, the scientist takes you to a floating island or ship, where he asks for your help to complete missions by traveling back to your original universe/world.
