What do you mean with "extracting images"?
You want to use the models from HS in the game or make scenes on it and use them on your game?
If it's the first case, answer is simple: You can't. Even if, by some tech trickery you were able to do that, I don't think RPGM would be... Colaborative... With using 3D assets.
If it's the second case, the answear is "simple", but not so simple: You should use Studio Neo, a poser-like software for Honey Select. Google it, do your research.
One thing I'll tell you, don't expect something easy out of this. Honey Select was not designed to be used as full fledged 3D renderer (it doesn't even render actually, we just take screenshots with it). Expect a high degree of jury-rigging with lots of third party plugins and assets (as in mods, made by amateur programmers, so take that as you will).
In the end, using HS to get "decent" renders requires some good old gum and tape work, and a lot of headaches.
If your computer is powerful enough, you're better off using DAZ.
