They never leave for the MC, they stay with their original significant others at the end of the story. There are other works from this dev which they do leave their previous SOs, but not this one.

It is just stupid. At the one hand it has british english spelling (-our instead of -or, realise instead of realize, underpants instead of underwear, trousers instead of pants, etc.), but it also has a ton of american slang. Not only is british english the most antisexual language there is (arse and knickers are pretty much the most bonerkilling words in english), it also is stupid a person's manner of speech is so scattered. Going from being some british chav to being an american hood punk.
