It's not a normal mob in the base game, you have to install the mod in order to get her in-game. It's a blue female tentacle girl who is the daughter of Shadik (the tentacle guy). If you have installed it correctly you should be able to acces the short story in the mods menu (you can find this by clicking on the "mods" button on the main screen.)

Can you clarify yourself? If you click on the images in the gallery you can start the scenes.
Really? Like, right click or something? By "scene" I mean the dialogue and the images. If I click it, I only get the images with no dialogue.

You can't watch the dialogues again, but if you click the image you can see the animated scenes. (During a scene you can click anywhere to go to the next stage, until Steve comes)
Yeah, but it's not the same without the dialogue... The dialogue is like half the fun.

Most people arent upset with that, thats understandable. The following crashout the dev had, on their socials and the random shit they put in the game is where most of the criticism is coming from

How do i access the shadya mod? I installed it like the readme said but when i open mods selection from main menu it only shows the test mod 1

I think that means that something went wrong. I'll provide the installation steps below so you can check what possibly went wrong.
1. Extract the zip file of the Shadya mod.
2. Copy the files inside this folder and paste them in the hornycraft game (When copying the files, make sure you copy the folders "mods" and "images", not the readme and/or other folders. You should paste them in the following path: ".../Hornycraft-0.23.1-pc/game/".) Also make sure you are playing in the most recent version of Hornycraft, since this feature is fairly new.
3.Open the game and go to"mods"
4. Normally you should be able to play the mod. (The top one is the Shadya mod.)
You can let me know if this didn't solve your problem, and hopefully you can get it to work!
