I want to rate it 2 star, but that would be unfair since the game have mechanic and by definition is complete.
Before I rant, I wish unto future game developer to know what kind of game is it trying to make, Horror? Porn? Defining it as a genre can help future development as to gather reference and define mechanic.
As a game it fail on very basic foundation like information, control, and level design that make it not enjoyable.
Information
As much a game want to be realistic, it is still a game.
So swallow your suspension of disbelieve and expect people to know like it's their second nature.
Item like pill has universal meaning, I know it's suppose to help the player, but what does it do? It's not like Pill ware labeled in real life.
It's has to be so hard to slap text like HP or STMn for people to not mistake a bar for Health or Mana
Control
People are unique, some can be understanding some can swallowed by their bias.
Some has 5 finger, other 3 and even some with a long middle finger's.
The control for the game force player to put their finger far apart from each other, for example:
on normal hand, you can reach 1, 2, 3, E, F, R, Space, and Tab. But your palm will rest on the Shift (Running) key, so if you shift your hand or in hurry to run, adjusting your hand on the small key like number or alphabet will disorient the control, especially if your game can't customized it's key for player preference.
Level Design
Does no-one know what a safe zone is?
A place where player can collect their thought, take a break, and get their bearing?
Most of the game consists of long corridor and if it's one way well, you're trapped.
That punishing's frame of attack wouldn't allow for maneuverability in 2D space and as horror game it lack indication to show someone on the other side of that door.
There is definitely no mechanic like seeing through peephole or pursuer trashing the door to help player get their bearing.
Now I'm not a programmer, I have no idea how to code such mechanic that Triple-A studio brainstorming their thought to gave smooth gameplay would be like.
And if it's really because of lack programing skill
...Why put such obtuse chasing mechanic there?
