Great Game Has Potential, Great Visual And Atmosphere. Its Almost like a prequel to after school Tag albeit being different Developers
It has its quirks and problems too:

its enemies are unique and varies but too much can be over whelming due to the game not giving much valuable tips enough for all the enemies as the current trigger scene for tips are random (they will jump you about 3 enemies at once)

    Resources
are very Scarce In the Game You'll Find your self Dying more on later nights
(i haven't Tried Easy Mode Maybe it gives More Chances for resources to Spawn?)

H Scenes Are Decent But Not Enough Variations Currently 1 variant for each Enemy

Finished the game normally but can't Get Other Endings due to GUI Bugs

Well made game with fantastic animation. VERY good, very exciting. I hope this artist continues to do great work like this~! The game was a bit challenging at times and I think that's why I had a lot of fun. There were enemies that were annoying but equally as challenging.

Don't get me wrong the pixel art is really, really good. But the game itself is just frustrating. There is no way anyone enjoys this kind of gameplay. There are just too many moments in the game where you're helpless. Night 5 is almost impossible unless you get pure luck.
Now a game like this can be enjoyable and I don't get why the dev doesn't just add stuff as the game progresses to give you more options to avoid or deal with ghosts.
It would be an easy fix and make it much more fun, without making the game too easy. But that is not the case, you run around the place hoping to find items. Which by the way are not guaranteed either.
You see a spark, you walk there you pick it up and most of the time its nothing? Wut.
Then there is a double room with a woman behind a curtain and you need to search all the sparks in both rooms to find keys to escape. Like what the fuck is this? Most of the time you get a guaranteed health loss right there.
REALLY good art but TERRIBLE game unfortunately. Its way too difficult and frustrating. The only good way to play this, is with cheats or just get a full save. Because those devs were smoking something making this game.

The game and the scenes were both excellent. The enemies have a lot of variety and are excellent designs.

The main point of contention with this game is the difficulty wall when you first start. The game is rather light in explanation of what you are supposed to do. It was not immediately clear to me that the goal of the game is to survive rather then find some objective. I think just giving a little head's up on that would go a long way. It is also not immediately clear what some items do until you use them in the right circumstances. The green pills for example restore your stamina and are a way to extend your sprint in a pinch but the game didn't tell me that so I didn't know what they did. Likewise there is a rare pocket-watch item that decreases your remaining time. I had no idea what it did until I had a chance to experiment with it.

On that note, I think each of the enemies is really interesting mechanically but I feel like the game should have more ways to punish just camping a couple lucrative areas. Some enemies are not well telegraphed as to how you are supposed to deal with them. Some late enemies like the Vampire and the Cat Girl are often just an instant loss because by the time you see them its already too late, the rest are generally good. I think my favorite mechanically was the Nun as she inflicted an actual objective on you. I wish there were more threats/objectives that forced you to move around the map.

    Overall good fun.

The idea is interesting, but the game is actually TRASH. Scenes are available if the player loses. On the 3rd day it is almost impossible to win (my random does not give any useful things at all, and the night goes on for a very long time) +++ one time the game pissed me off so much that I caught a bug literally at the last seconds, a ghost from the TV SUDDENLY caught me (I don’t understand why it started catching me right away) +++ at the same moment a girl appeared who, after a finger snap, begins to rape the hero, as a result = TWO SCENES in the background = minus the hero's life and naturally I lost -_-. The game began to irritate me so much that I even tried to make at least infinite stamina in the cheat engine because this BOTTOM MAN, runs out of breath like Sebastian Castellanos - the main character of the games The Evil Within, who cannot even run two meters -_- . Very annoying. Making a game in the (COMA) genre is a good idea, but the implementation is clearly bad. There isn't even a proper plot between days in the game, you either help the NPCs or you don't.
Starting from the 3rd day, almost everything in the game annoys me: the appearance of a ghost in the elevator and its mini-game (which you should try to complete again), doors closed at the wrong time by bears (which demand a RED PILL, what kind of IDIOT do you have to be to give up the life pill? And it would also be good if there was something in the room, but in 99% of cases they are empty). The ghost of the bat doesn't care about the lantern at all, she still catches the hero. Also, the game is not fair to the player in relation to items = if it shines (star) then there MUST be something there, as a result 8 out of 10 nothing-empty, why do this? Also, there is no guide HOW to bypass enemies. The nurse with a flashlight runs tirelessly, it is impossible to escape from her (there is not enough endurance), the Cat appears in a random place and can easily catch you, the ghost girl stands still if you look in her direction (if there is no door behind you, then this is the finish), there is no escape from the vampire - she ALWAYS catches up and she does not care about the flashlight. The one who snaps her finger is kind of broken because I am not in her field of vision, but it gets to me. Your endurance depends on the TV. In the ward you need to find the keys (usually in 90% of cases always at the end of the room). Well, there remains the doll (who personally always asks me for either a life pill or stamina -_-) and in the elevator, the mini-game of which is simply impossible to complete unless you are a Korean e-sportsman.
There is no point in hiding in closets because you will be found anyway (the enemies have a stronger intellect than the Alien in alien isolation O_O . Again, I am judging the GAME mechanics, which are very poorly implemented. But the animations themselves are quite good, i.e. it is easier to download a save and watch them than to torture yourself for the whole evening.
I understand that each person has their own tastes, but (in my opinion) the examples below are better than this game.
    1) Parasitic Evil
    2) Afterschool
    3) Castle of Temptation
    4) House of Lust

    Just like Afterschool Tag.
Great environment, awesome scenes, I still think the gameplay is simple enough. The monsters spawn leaves some work to do, as situation can go from absolute silence to everything trying to get you at the same time.
Difficulty advances fairly, true night 4 and 5 depend a lot on RNG but still managable if you are careful and focused.
Sometimes interacting and getting caught at the same time can cause some bugs and weird glitches but nothing game-breaking.
From me, it is a 4 star, exactly the kind of game I love the most and I hope to see more similar games, but balancing was not so well done.

(afternote, no matter how much time and tries it takes, finish the game without cheats, it is such a satisfying feeling :) Good luck )

Okay, I want to say that this game really gave me a rough one. its like its one of those games that you need to cheat in order to win, and I'm almost this close to actually give up and use cheats but somehow I manage to find some good tech between the 3rd floor and 1st. (specifically the teleport and the elevator constantly)

But holy damn the visual are very great. This resembles the other game where you got locked up in school or something but this is much way more harder.

    So far so good

Ain't no way im finishing this. the game will torture you without instructions on night 1. also there were too many girls that appear and too few health recovery items which means you're literally fcked. besides that, the animations are good but it's just too few and just not worth all the grind.

Better to just grab a save instead if I were you.

    Ramen of Six Paths

Pretty much the only good thing about this game is the art and animations, otherwise the gameplay is straight hot garbage because the dev forgot to actually balance it, multiple girls will just constantly spawn over each other and harass you non-stop while making it so the red pill to regain health is extremely rare for some reason.

Dev just copied 1 for 1 After School Tag but without the fun aspect

    mcflappyjaw

decent concept, but your deaths almost exclusively consist of spawning on an enemy, Spawning between 2 enemies, or the curtain girl which is basically a coinflip. You'll lose a lot.

Hopefully it gets updated with just a bit more polish?

Absolutely gorgeous animations marred by tedious, uninspired gameplay that borders on insufferable. Lose 10 minutes of progress because two girls spawned at the same time type of game. Important items have randomized locations in the same room, making it even more annoying to lose them when you die to garbage. This insistence of forced difficulty in a game intended to make people cum will never make sense to me.

good game, too short game, the map is strong for small taking into account the number of ghosts, when holding down the E:unsure: key I lose time to use cover or leave cover, it was possible to do it simply with one E key to enter and exit cover, instead of holding down the E key, it is not convenient it takes time, the same with searching for an item, but the game is wonderful, beautiful girls ghosts, I would have increased the Maps a little and more cover, thanks for the game (y)

A more difficult, but more enticing version of the game "After-School Tag," which the developer for this game takes heavy, heavy inspiration from. I found this one to be more fun, but I definitely acknowledge that there is a definite learning curve to getting "good" at this one. I would highly recommend playing it, and if you're the type to get frustrated easily, don't feel bad for just picking up a 100% save and checking out the gallery of extremely good h-animations.

    A middle-aged Femboy

The porn is S-tier, but the gameplay really sucks ass. Its not that long from what I can tell, but you can tell the dev was focused on the "plot" rather than the game, recommend you just unlock the gallery instead,
honestly I think Outlast had better flow and gameplay from what little there was. If this game made hiding and interactions in general almost instant rather than what feels like eternity, increasing the field of view, and add something to evade women when cornered, I guarantee I would have a higher opinion.

Great as a game and for the porn.

It could use a bit of a difficulty tweak, but overall I enjoyed it immensely. I wish there were more, though. I think you unlock all the encounters by night 3, making night 4 and 5 just extra hard.

It would also be nice if there were more daytime events. Hope the dev takes the lessons from this game and builds on them in the future.

This game is great. It follows the same gameplay loop as Afterschool Tag, and honestly? It’s just as good. Some people have claimed it’s “copying,” but come on, I don’t complain when another solid Souls-like drops. More cake for everyone.

The Flasher is one of the most interesting stalkers I’ve seen in any game of this type, not just compared to Afterschool Tag, but even against the wider genre like Five Nights at Freddy’s. There are so many little interactions that make her feel alive. She might give you a tip. She might ambush you if you haven’t learned her visual cues. She’ll even get annoyed if you’re hiding in a spot she likes -- and sometimes she rats you out to the other stalkers. I kind of wish all the enemies had that level of personality, though I get that it might be too much for a game like this to juggle all at once.

This game is hard, really hard. But that’s part of the fun. Failing teaches you what not to do, and you get some high-quality lewds. Each night gradually ramps up in complexity, with new threats and tighter windows to act, forcing you to constantly adapt.

That said, Hospital Seduction might lean a bit too far into punishing difficulty at times. The best strategy I’ve found is to minimize contact altogether by staying on the first floor. But that isn't a fun way to play. I'd rather the 'best' strategy be roaming. A larger inventory with better item drops might help with this.
Some design tweaks could really help smooth out the experience:
    - Unfair room spawns: You can be instantly caught just by entering a room with a roaming enemy already inside. One solution might be to reposition undetected roamers upon player entry, so it doesn’t feel like blind luck.
    - Overlapping roamers: Because the game is on a 2D plane, you can easily get sandwiched between multiple enemies. I’ve had three chase me at once. When that happens, survival feels basically impossible. I’d love to see a system where, if one stalker is already chasing you, the others hang back or observe instead.
    - Lack of clues presented. I really thought the day sequences of this game, which let you complete side-quests for the girls that chase you at night, would give you little hints on how to deal with them. I think it'd be best for each girl to get 2-3 hints spread throughout the game. One from their side-quest, one as a note that can be found while exploring, and one from the Flasher.

If you’re a fan of chase-based horror with a bit of flavor, this one’s worth your time. Just be ready to die a lot, and learn as you go.

The animations are nice, solid gameplay idea but my God is it difficult. The problem isn't so much that it's difficult gameplay as such (I didn't have too much trouble with Night 1 or 2) but that the combination of extra items (or tasks rather) with new enemies you simply can't beat or outrun (Nekomata, Vampire) means you're so dependent on a good rng for loot as well as enemies that the gameplay just turns frustrating; I played Night 4 for what must have been 10+ times and only once saw a health item . Then I beat Night 5 on the third try because for some reason I didn't really encounter anyone but the ghost and the nun.

There's already combinations of enemies that are de facto instant loss of life (Nun + Sadako) and an entire level you just avoid because it's a death trap; what was the point of adding two enemies you can't beat?

You don't find yourself challenged, just at the mercy of whatever the game throws at you, and that transforms it from gameplay it just a pure luck game.

I think one of the easiest way too improve the gameplay is make the game less random: there should always be a battery in the storage room, there should always been a medicine cabinet on floor 2 (giving you a reason to go there) etc. Again: it's an very solid concept just with some very glaring issues that could easily be fixed.

An incredibly quaint little game that doesnt overstay it's welcome, definitely worth a playthrough.
Only thing I would add would be some different variations of the animations, but it's a small gripe, especially with how many different enemies there are.

WE NEED MORE WELL-PIXLED SIDE SCROLLER LIKE THIS it was just perfect from the game to the scene, great game, became my favorite with like 2/3 hours playing with a lot of scene and girls its not allways the same scene that we watch, but we need a walkthroug for some of the girls

    Instant 5.

I very enjoyed last game afterschool and this one was a pleasant suprise. Mixing horror with femdom and good pixel-art style is always appreciated and i wish there was more games like this.

    - that defeat screen is hot af, holy
    - some girls/scenes are hot, some a bit boring, overall i prefered previous one but definitely its worth to see them all
    - difficulty is a atriocious, worse than in previous one. Very hard to escape from some girls, with some its also not very clear how to avoid them. That being said you can cheese this game fairly easy. Items spawn in same place, even one you loot already every 20+ sec. So you can farm health items for example in storage room, note that its pure rng what items will spawn or what monster (depending on day) will try to get to you.

Overall amazing pixel-art with some girl monsters, bad difficulty that forces you to cheese game rather than play it and not much improvement from previous game in gameplay. Im pretty sure dev could work a bit more with that and make it more balanced, i like when game is difficult especially of this genre, but sometimes enough is enough. Im still keeping my 5 rate for that defeat screen.
