If I were to just select from the choices you are presenting I would go with Ann from Big Brother... Mostly because her proportions are more natural and she looks more realistic... Good thing looking hot doesn't rely on knowing her personality from within the actual game, otherwise she would not have been my choice...
The Dual Family mother looks depressed, like ALL the time, and there is nothing hot about that...
Fiona has overly proportioned breasts and butt for her body frame, same with the Milf's Control mother, which doesn't look natural... Dreams of Desire mother has overly sized breasts for her body frame, again not natural... The Lab Rats mother looks way too cartoony, even though her body proportions look more natural...
There seems to be a big theme in a lot of this genre's games and visual novels... I'm referring to overly sized breasts and sometimes overly sized butts on body frames that don't match... Most even go with skinny waists along side the overly sized breasts and butts, which makes them look more like mutants... On the polar opposite extreme, there are also folks who put Super Models in their games, who look like overly skinny runway models, which I feel is totally unrealistic and just shows how much commercialism has effected peoples expectations... I prefer a well balanced looking woman, who looks more natural and not malformed just to cater to a specific fetish or two or more... And the face is usually the first thing that draws my attention when looking at a woman... If they look like a plastic surgeon had a field day, or the facial muscles look overly flexed, or they went WAY overboard on the makeup, etc. then I could be turned off right away, before even glancing at their body features... If a woman looks good without makeup then it's a big plus in my book...
