This might be a bit offtopic but here goes. I noticed on the bracket that each time Meredith from that "retarded game 2" was in a poll the numbers were a bit high considering the average. Like Furytales said earlier, it was a 50 vote gap considering the fact that House Chores is the more popular game. So I decided to make a little experiment, I got Emily's votes to around 100 and stopped just close enough to pose a threat and wouldn't you know it, soon after that Meredith's numbers started growing artificially as well. [...]

I wouldn't consider this off topic. I saw those votes for Meredith go up earlier. Pretty consistent "time delay between each vote", and about exactly 30 new votes. There are more votes for Meredith now than there were total combined votes for any other duel so far. I've noticed the unusually high votes for Meredith in previous rounds as well.

Yeah, he stopped now, he only does this to give her enough of a lead and checks back later. I'll pump Emily's numbers again to see if I can get him to come back since I don't have enough info right now to find him other than the country he's from.

EDIT: Yeah... got Emily to 140 and sure enough he started pumping Meredith's numbers again. Since his IP is changing so much it's impossible for me to pinpoint him exactly unless he actually keeps an IP for longer than 2 minutes. If someone can contact the devs they might want to show them this conversation and cancel the vote or whatever. Meredith will basically win no matter what since I am not wasting my time anymore on this.

You mean like the Meredith cuck did? Total votes are at 385 right now, 200 of those votes are most likely his and mine. Either the dev won't care or he's an idiot.

Well the dev doesn't come around here. But I think pointing it out wasn't wrong. I don't know what is going to happen but I think its for the best.

I'm not about to trash his PC since my IP was also exposed in trying to find him, he's also a kid most likely(I doubt it's the dad that's registered on the address I found). Poll.fm is even less secure and easier to bypass even without a dynamic IP, basically anyone with a VPN can cast multiple votes since they don't have a registered VPN IP list ban implemented.

So it looks like they noticed that someone doing the same thing with the new polls. So it sounds like the rest of the polls will be in discord. So I won't be able to post the polls anymore. But I will post the results for anyone interested.

It's honestly kinda pathetic. This is a popularity poll for characters from a selection of incestuous porn games which I imagine is just meant to be a fun engagement excerise for the fans by the devs, thats being ruined by some people trying to rig the polls with false votes through IP hopping shenanigans for....what, validation? Personal gratification? Or some even more asinine and petty reason.

It's because of shit like this that the meme "This is why we can't have nice things" is a goddamn law of the universe in my eyes. Its fucking sad

January Progress Report | Chugging Along!


Hey everyone!

I wanted to talk about the current progress of the next House Chores update as well as a small announcement!

== v1.0 Progress ==

Progress on the update is going along great! Most of the new scenes are finished so things are starting to approach that wrap up phase.

There are still a couple of smaller things that need completed, and I don't want to underestimate how long that will take so a solid release date still feels a little too early.

If things proceed faster than anticipated, I could see late February maaaybe being possible. But realistically, I think March is much more likely. I'll keep you updated as we get closer!

== Epilogue Update ==

I'll just go ahead and spill the beans already. House Chores - v1.0 is actually not the 'final' update that I have planned for the game! [dramatic gasp]

In the v1.0 update, the final scene is designed in a way that I felt was fitting for the story. But I also understand that some people might prefer a little more variation to the characters that they can interact with (if you catch my drift). The Epilogue update will include an additional scene that should help satisfy those who want a little more.

And additionally, the epilogue will help serve to bridge the gap a little more to the next major project I have in mind.

The Epilogue Update will release sometime after v1.0 releases! I'd anticipate sometime around this summer!

== What's Next ==

I briefly mentioned this in the past but in case you weren't aware, I do plan to continue the House Chores storyline with these 3 lovely ladies! So, for those who are sad about their stories coming to a close, you shouldn't be!

However, I would like to work on a new short story game featuring new characters first so there will likely be a short detour. I'll go into details a bit more after the release of v1.0 since a lot of this is still being figured out.
