The code is working for 0.17a but not for 0.17d in PC so if you have previous update you can use it there which is only necessary on that edition. 0.17d is for fix and for some dialogs in after workout scenes.

seems to me u used the console commands after enabling them be that as it may, the price of 9999 is a placeholder and these items are not implemented yet and serve no function. its almost impossible to reach that amount of money normally, i think even the ramen shop stops paying after earning a certain amount of money. its WIP (Work in progress). for some reason many people struggle with that definition.

yea you cant avoid it, just gives u a higher treshhold to avoid the punishment during their conversation. it is, as with everything, just an introduction to a future storyline
