The artstyle is really great, but that's unfortunately the only good thing in this game.
Every day you try to do some moves on the women and you get skill points for it. You invest those into abilities like "stealth" or "speech" and these skills will unlock more actions that you can do.
However, due to this system, everything is 100% predictable which makes it boring. There are no surprise situations, no things you didn't expect, no casual daily situations that are just hot because of the way they happened.
Instead you know that you've got 30+ points on a skill now that will allow you to grab her boobs. And when you're done, you grind another skill to +XX and then you can grab her ass and so on and so forth.
This is a pity because the setting - being locked in a house with two hot women - would allow for so many hot scenes involving casual daily situations.
Then, this game would highly profit from more women. How about a hot delivery girl that rings the door bell occasionally. Or your "landlords" daughter that comes over and you try to do things in secret. Or you're taken to the police station for a while and can do things with female prisoners or female cop there - you know, stuff like this that breaks up the static gameplay of doing the same 5 things with the same 2 women in the exact same places over and over again.
And yes, you could find story-wise excuses to implement that even in this stay-home-scenario.
Last but not least, and that's a weak point most (but not all) games suffer from:
1. When the MC cums, the animations stop. Bummer. Let the player decide when the animation stops, do cum loops. It's so baffling that almost no dev is thinking of this and everyone just shifts to static images when someone orgasms just because they seen it that way in other games.
