How can i manage my watched threads and tags ?

'Sup guys sorry if here isn't the right place to ask

So short story, how can i manage and unwatch certain threads and tags here on f95 ? In almost 3 yers i replied to a lot of threads and they automatically are marked as "watch" i want to remove some of them since i'm not interested on them anymore ? I did a quick search for it on my options but no luck.
