I already have skill like making 3d model/animating/compositing/foley sound design.

but the problem is English not my main language.

it might sound like silly question but I just curious to know if you guy have the better way to solve my problem.

This is the way that I already think about.
1.I will write the story and script in English and hire some English user to review it / This way will consume a ton of time when writing but it contain most of quote and idiom that I want to show to player.
2.I will write the story in Thai and hire English user to review / this way is 4 time faster and suit for me because I have to do other work like animate and sound as well but the translator will do it in his way and the good translator for porn content Thai to English is extremely rare.
3.I ever thought about telling story with only animation and picture but it will cut out a ton of story.

Well the options you describe are good options. Here are my Ideas
1. Maybe start doing the game in Thai and later expand into another language? I don't know how big the market is for Thai porn games. But translating is expensive so if you could offset the cost a little that might be a good idea.
2. Or even better: make your game in Thai and do an English language course on the side. It doesn't need to cost a lot of money either. I picked up my English language skill by playing computer games (In my time pc games were not localized into my native language) start off with simple things like games you already know quite well or watch the old Disney or Looney Toones cartoons (which are short and have an easy plot to follow.) start off with Thai subtitles but switch them off as soon as you can. (Though I might have had it easy since kids pick up languages much easier and my language is relatively closely related to English.)
3. Now the option I would not like personally but seems somewhat popular is to just not care. There are many games on here that have very bad English translations. I will avoid games like that but it is an option. (Though it might make it hard to clean up your act later to bring in a bigger crowd. It is easy to get a bad reputation and hard to get a good one.)

Have you tried looking at the recruitment area of the forum? Seems like a good place to start, at least until you can get your English down to a legible level for something like this.

Duolingo to learn english is one way and, maybe DeepL for translation (to-retour). Then let control read by a native speaker
kind regards

It might not be what you want, but making a less story/dialogue heavy game would help a lot obviously. Something like a management game for example. You could also try to get someone(easier said than done) with decent English skills to be a "full-time" writer and focus only on the artistic side yourself. If you are willing to relinquish some creative control.

The fact that you care about translation quality already puts you above some developers. I can't tell you how many games I've had to stop playing because of the bad translation. Don't get me wrong I don't mind janky writing and occasional grammar issues(I'm a non-native English speaker myself and make mistakes all the time), but damn, even I have limits.
