How do i block tags?

So i live in the US and i heard that Loli is sort of a legal grey area and i would just rather not get in trouble. i know the odds are low but still. So my question is how do i block the loli tag?

I know about the exclude tag but is there no way to block a tag completely without doing that every time

You can favorite/bookmark the latest updates page with the filters you wish, like this.

And if that is not enough you could use browser plugins to always redirect to the filtered page whenever you open the unfiltered one.
