Perhaps the problem is that you're excluding harem/group sex
F95zone's searching system rewards over-tagging, rather than under-tagging. If there's a threesome somewhere inside the game, they add group sex. If there's *any* girl-on-girl action, it gets a lesbian tag (even if the remaining 99% of the game is hetro), if there's one chick with big boobies you add that as well. As such, excluding tags that are used by a large number of games will give you pretty bad results (this is supposedly getting fixed in the new tagging system update).
As for good romance games with deep interactions between the characters, check out

Again it has a harem tag (and in this case it's well deserved, there's an unavoidable harem as part of the story), but the core of it is a sweet and occasionally epic Arthurian romance between MC and Emily.
All of those games are known to me, but thx for the reply. The thing is if it has a harem tag it automatically means that each romance will have less depth because it is going for quantity because that is the definition of harem, I am tying to find out how to find games specifically that don't bombard the player with 50 different girls. There's an echievement called monogamous, which is staying as true as you can to Emily, but you will have sex with your three chosen at least once (their initiation as your divine champions).

If you want to play games with strong focus on actual romance you should probably start looking outside of explicit porn, the no sexual content tag is a start since most of these games give more focus to actual romance without the distraction of sex.
But if instead you just want games that focus on developing a single character with more depth I would suggest trying out trainers that stick to a single trainee, or female protagonist games that focus on the main character.
For a more specific recomendation, check the trainer Dorei to no Seikatsu -Teaching Feeling- and follow the romance path.
