How Do I inport a .png into Daz?

I wanted to import a static png into the DAZ editor to use as a reference while making a Charter. Background did not work., to big, can't adjust size.
My best example is I have a .png image that I want to use in renpy that I don't have the source for and my charter needs to hug it.
I did use at least a 100 google coupons before I asked. I must be asking wrong.
