How do I install Daz assets?

I can't figure out how to install any of the assets I've downloaded from this lovely site. I've seen things talking about "Daz Install Manager (DIM)" but I don't see that anywhere on my PC. Is that out of date info or something? I've got Daz Studio and DazCentral which I know handles installing things from the official store. Is there an up-to-date guide anywhere on how to install 3rd party content and use it in Daz Studio in either the Content Library or the Smart Content?
