One of the additional assets for dicktator has a lot of reflectivity options. I can't for the life of me remember it's name right now. You should be able to find it by just checking out the dicktator stuff on renderotica.com, or the assets section here on F95.

Pumping pole palette.

Its advantage over for example what Moonbox posted above (I think, anyway) is that it has a lot of partials. For cases when you want only half the dick wet, or maybe just the tip. Things like that.
