have you tried asking Chat GPT? because Chat GPT knows how to code, just don't ask it to make an adult site...but if you're learning how to code, that would be a great resource to use.

Also you should look at hosting - hostgator lets you host adult sites, but it is a little bit complicated to setup all the backend stuff -- not impossible, but it does have a learning curve.
