I am trying to make a slow corruption magical girl tf game like clean slate. What sources should I use for making a good sandbox game in HTML? I am lost on how I should go about this. What tools would you also recommend to broaden my information on sugarcube?

Start with this:
Familiarize yourself with the basic concepts first. I don't know how experienced you are, if you have basic knowledge about programming / web design you should be capable of understanding almost everything.
