I used to use Patreon to find new games, as it used to suggest similar projects to the ones I was backing and following. Can't find that any more though, as Patreon only wants me to connect various social media accounts now..

I don't even go to Patreon now, I just come to this forum and find games here now, either via search feature or viewing the most recent posts.

Either by checking the latest threads/updates on the front page or by visiting some sites which providing an adult games 
Patreon doesn't list our games in searches. You can try subreddits like r/lewdgames, but most of the games on there that don't make it here, also get abandoned. r/lewdgames doesn't seem to get much traffic, in my experience, I didn't even advertise TTWDFL there because I hadn't seen much if any use.
When it comes to finding new games to play, I usually either make a Games Suggestions request, or play something from a dev I like, for instance, when Luxee came out with Apartment69. Also I take a look at some suggestions on luxee's Parental Love discord, mostly from klx, and I've found a few ok games that way, The Red Room, Cure My Addiction, Harem Hotel, and Mythic Manor are all games I played on his suggestoin. Also downloaded Secrets because he suggested it, but haven't gotten around to playing it... models are all a bit more thicc than I'd like.

a) Just browsing the latest updates page. I check out the games that interest me
b) Specific search for one tag
c) Sig banners. If a game's good enough to land in someone's signature I'll take that as a recommendation
d) Game suggestions forum. Hell I'll browse it and say "hey, I'd like suggestions for that as well"

If I want to find new games, I use a search engine like Google for example, it has never let me down.

I keep wanting to reply to this thread, but I keep forgetting it's about finding games on Patreon, which I know nothing about doing. For finding new stuff in general I usually troll DLSite's latest releases for tags that I like--although I almost never actually do it.
