People often list the tags they like, but what that implies can mean different things to different people. The way they are executed can be done in so many different ways with so many different nuances. So how do you guys like your fetishes served, sunny side up or scrambled? For me personally:

It is LITERALLY the only way I can get to romance and do male NPCs, because games that aren't made for the homosexual male audience tend to focus on the female MC instead of the male cast, fail to give good romancable male NPCs, or just offer one or two males in a sea of female NPCs. Not saying that gay games don't have their own problems, but I just have a better chance of finding what I want through them than the straight games.

Femdom: to be able to BE the dominant female that gets to dominate male NPCs. I only got to experience that in such a rare few games, and most of those few are abandoned. So, I end up avoiding this tag unless it ACTUALLY gives me that option.

Futa: only to play as a dominant one. Otherwise, I care little for it.

maledom: only when the player is being dominant. Otherwise I avoid it.

Really, as long as the MC gets to be dominant, or at least has some level of assertiveness in the relationship/sex scene (and the game acknowledges it), I'm good.

Gay: It's the only filter I use to find games. Now, what I want? as a gay man, I want a full arc with a romanceable good looking man, and lots of gay sex of course. It doesn't need to be a 100% gay game, I can tolerate bi games, and I even played some straight games. But enough of that bullshit of 1-2 scenes with a sissy or femboy... that's an auto skip for me.

Now, more into my tastes especifically, I like hairy/older men, they can be chubby, I don't mind, they don't have to be bara muscle heads all the time. I prefer a sandbox with three locations where I can do something, than one with 20 locations and only 2 have activities to do.

Text Based: Yes I enjoy text based games, the first NSFW sandbox I played was a text based one. Just have a readable english. My english is horrible, but just try to write something that makes some sense.

Romance: I prefer deep storylines with one character as the LI. Cheating, betrayal? part of life, I can deal with it in the game.

BDSM/Male Dom: Heavy BDSM, with lots of humiliation and name calling, there can be blood, even torture... but I feel a bit uncomfortable in non-con scenarios, or at least on those written in a caveman style, with the MC being whipped to death just because he was crossing the street. Give it some context damnit.

Humiliation: Can go hand to hand with BDSM, or it can be done with just vanilla sex, heavy name calling and humiliating situations for the MC. Yes, I crave for that, and sets me in a difficult position where, in my game, I need the MC be the one humiliating someone, but I'm learning. I also enjoy that content too, just that I enjoy the sub content a bit more.

Some of these are maybe not considered tags, but here I go:

Female Masturbation: Now it isn´t that hard to come by, but it´s really rarely done well. Now mostly you´ll only see it used in a way that the female character masturbates the the thought of the MC fucking her, which wouldn´t be that bad, but honestly the dialogue around it is very often stupid. Like calling out the MC or basically talking to him as if he were there.

I think that the hotness about this kink is the privacy of the act. Something you would normally never get to see, a woman acting completely honest to her desires without any bravado or pretence. So for example it is a lot hotter when she about a forbidden fantasy while doing that rather than just simply fantasizing about the MC. Or just simply the female character doing it out of pure sexual frustration from not being able to have sex for a while, her boyfriend unable to satisfy her, or even just being compelled by aphrosdiacs.


BDSM: Many times it ends up just being an aesthetic than really contributing to the scene. Like if the girl is tied up include at least one line about the rope digging into her skin and the effect at least slightly being visible. Or if she wears the gag make her lines blurry. Just the bare minimum to keep the immersion.

Foreplay: To me it always feels rushed. Long kissing scenes, feeling up each other´s bodies, gradually getting rid of each others clothes. It also helps if devs remember that tits, pussy, and ass aren´t all the spots you can tease on a womans body. Lastly fingering and cunnilungus are criminally underutilized.

Well out of all the stuff I would say:

-Monstergirls: I like them but only when they are on the humanoid side of things, the more you are near the horror genre the more I want to run away lol.
