I'm making a twine real porn ( i was feeling original ) game focusing on some niche fetishes, I have decent editing skills and don't necessarily need to find an exact match for the scene that I have in mind, but I really wouldn't know where to look to gather even vanilla stuff. I've thought about using third party tools to download off of standard porn sites, but that sounds like a very quick way to scrap a pc.
How does one go about collecting images for a real porn game?

One would think it's easy, but even things as basic as that might become a problem. I usually start with the actor's (or actress in your case) name on google/duckduckgo, but if it's a certain fetish...oh boy. Fortunately for me a have a shitload of pics of my fav kinks on my Hard drive or I would be screwed.
