How to access Data file from a RPGM game ?

Hi, i have downloaded a game where the Data file is not visible but i have to access it to add a english patch, someone know how to access to this file ?

Nevermind , i think the Data file of my game is irreplaceable

The Game is Manaka's H Rural Life , a guy put a Data files with translation but when i extract the game there is no Data file so i can't exchange the files

Follow scrumbles instructions above. The data folder is packed away in the .rss3a file, you'll need the decrypter to unpack it and use the patch.
