How to add .rvdata2 save file into an RPGM game

So basically i'm probably just super dumb and cant figure this out myself. So essentially I got a full save and whenever I try to put it into the data folder it says "WinRAR can add files only to RAR or ZIP archives" So what I'm wondering is how I can import the full save file directly into the data folder so I can load it up.

I don't use WinRAR I use 7Zip. But there's probably a extract button somewhere on WinRAR, or the context menu...

I know WinRAR can be used to play games while they still compressed, but I think most people decompress them. And WinRAR really doesn't like 7z files which gets used a fair bit around here.
