I assume not really possible. They are no* games that have a port for IOS. Best chance for this is life in the EU and download a (porn/adult) from 3rd party shops.

*No as in I haven't seen any myself

You must be registered to see the links

on AppStore that let you run RPGMaker games. I tryed with Karryn's Prison but when I open the game I got black screen. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or it doesn't work.
