How to hide hints on choice dialogues?

i'm fairly new to these games, i only play on android, so far all of them have these kind of hints when choosing a dialogues, for example 1. Yes (+relationship with A, 2. No (-relationship with B), i found it makes the game too predictable and making me bias towards the choices, so how does one turn it off? Escpecially Being A Dik game, cause im playing it right now
