Hello, I released my first game a month ago, and now I've completed the second episode. Should I create a new thread for it? How can I inform people that it's out and they can see it on my Patreon channel?

You 'own' your game's thread. You can edit it however you want (within the rules of the forum, that is) - including updating the download links, I believe. I don't know fully, I don't have the developer role.
If you don't know how to update your thread - you should look for help in the Developers Subforum, of which you are a member. Asking in the General Discussion forum, as you have done here, isn't as effective.
Another option is to simply put the download links to the updated game in a new post in the thread. After it is in the thread, then use the REPORT button on that post with the links to report a game update.

Not like that though. Don't put somethin between the Banner and Overview. I added it where it can go. Updating the post with saying that a new Patreon only episode is release isn't as effective anyways. Better make a comment about it, that way people who follow the thread will get a notification.
Also don't report the thread with game update, if the game update isn't public yet. Or if you want to share it either update the thread yourself: Title version number, Dates, Version number, add the new changelog on top, and switch out the links for the new version (one link is enough if you internet is bad) then report it.

If you want to do the mirrors etc yourself, just do what Bob69 mentioned.
If you're on a limited network, the Uploaders are usually happy to help. Just report the original post, state that it's a game update, and attach a "what's changed" message and links to a single set of downloads. They'll take it from there.
