I want to make a game, preferably RPGM-2D. I haven’t played like a ton of games available to play but I have played my fair share of them. One of the main reasons of that is, for me personally the context behind the scene and how the MC got to that situation is very important for me to get fully aroused. ( yes I know my brain is cooked) While playing these games I always feel something off/ something missing, as the scenes are just too linear. I am not talking about genre like vanilla or hardcore, I am talking about the path that led to the scene.

For example most of the games in the start have the characters/npcs fully cautious of the mc and at the end they are okay with laying together. My only problem is that in these games the path and situations that lead to them laying together are too linear, quick( as in their change in personality, opinion or beliefs. not specifically the amount of time it took. I don’t personally like grinding that much in adult games) and basic. To make it worse the end scene is just them fucking where the male or whatever doesn’t even interact with the other and just plows lifelessly. It just feels like I am watching a porno with extra pointless steps.

I also am fascinated by some niche fetishes

naming few like- voyeurism, free/public use ( not to be confused with mind control or hypnosis. I hate them with a passion. ), watersports ( M to F ) and nipple penetration. ( once again I know my brain is cooked ).

these scenes are already too hard to find in games and if by chance any game has a related scene its the most basic thing without any imagination.

So these are the reasons I want to make a game but have no knowledge about game development or what amount of resources are required for it. hence if you guys or some devs could give some pointers on how to start it would be very helpful.

I am not doing this for money or fame its just that I get so frustrated with so many scenes of these games like you did half the work! just add more imagination, more essence of gooning to it damn it!!!

TLDR — I want to crank my hog but the games are trash ( joke ) so I want to make a game and crank it while playing.

Thats the thing. I don’t have any knowledge on that. I only know that these versions exist but don’t know the difference.
VX Ace is poopoo, don't use that. MV is cheapest when it's on sale, MZ is the upgraded version of MV but is vastly more expensive both on the initial buy, and the third party plugins you'll very much need. Anyway, here's some stuff that applies to both MV and MZ (The ones you should use) that will get you started.

(It says MV, but near everything applies to MZ as well)
(Probably won't need a lot of these, but I thought I'd add them)
full of assets, resources, templates, tutorials, etc.

Plugin recs are anything by and , with the addition of if you're on MV. For general stuff the is the best place to go.

Ideally, you'll want MZ over any other RPG Maker version. As Insomnimaniac Games said, the software does go on sale somewhat often, it's very likely to go on one during december, so you can get a valid license. In the meantime, don't shy away from pirating it.
The best way to learn is to make "10-minute games", since you'll be learning as you go, and it's better to make mistakes in these smaller projects than on the thing you actually want to "finish". Experiment with things you'll want in your game so you get a proper idea of how to do and what possible problems might arise.

Keep in mind that hentai games often need fuckloads of art assets. Depending on how many sex scenes you want to add, those can be 60-80% of the total time and effort of the game. If your game is going to be 100% free, you can probably get away with using art found throughout the internet, but credit every single one of them properly. If any artist tells you to remove it, you remove it. Otherwise, either you draw the stuff yourself, or you get someone else to draw for you, and they won't do it for free for obvious reasons.

Depending on how much freedom you want in creating your game, you might want to experiment different engines, with GDevelop being the only free, no-code option I know of; its paid counterpart is Construct3. Even if you stick to RPG Maker, learning Javascript will allow you to make your own plugins either for MV or MZ, so it's very useful.

In addition to being able to solve existing plugin compatibility issues. No I didn't just have to do that a few days ago, why do you ask?
