So I have a game I play and went into the www file and found the images with all the animations, but I can't find a way to make it all into a single gif or video.

and cut them. Once you cut them you can then generate a gif from the cut sprites.
For the sprite sheet you sent; the size of each sprite is roughly 64x55 in size.
