I actually have a free version of the game, does the update will performs on my version too?
As long as you haven't paid for it from the store then you won't be able to play with an automatic update, you'll have to download it from this site or buy it
Will I lose my progress if I update from a site that makes it free to download? With a mediafire link or whatever

Yes and no? you still need to buy the Lewd skills to progress the story, and it's implied by dialog that you are lewding (her dialog needs a rework in my opinion to avoid the lewds for those who want daughter endings kinda like the "Teaching Feelings" game), even though you haven't touch her. just don't up her sexual interest, motivate her to go outside, go on walk with her, have normal conversations with her, and you will get the Daughter ending.
