The problem is that people in Japan care very much about image, about how others see them - and by that I mean VERY much, to the point of obsession!
And thus, no japanese politician wants to be known as "the guy so obsessed with porn that he proposed a law to have it uncensored".
Maybe they could use an Abe-ish excuse, and say that seeing the natural bodies can promote better sexual education and maybe increase the population... but so far no one in Japan has a spine for something like that. You can actually only give her one meal per day, except for snacks. Don't worry, she can't die. The ending depends on which of the 2 values is higher when you unlock the ending. If affection is higher than horny you will get the romance ending, horny higher than affection will be something like a sex slave ending.
She's actually a goddess so she's around 100.000.000 years old.
I have honestly no idea why the rape tag is even there, because there is no rape in this game. You can touch and fuck her while she's sleeping, if you don't wake her up, but that's what the sleep sex tag is for, not rape.

Got a surprise from the mod to finally release this game in Latest Update page despite the r7.
Uncensor modder here. Just like the few post above mentioned, an ending cg got borked on its screen size because I forgot to resize it when I worked on removing the mosaic. Here's how you can fix it :
go to your game folder > www > img > pictures > select 71.png file > right click and open it with Paint to edit > resize it to 1600 x 1000 pixel > save and overwrite.
Also I missed a texture that is still censored (when you spread her pussy after you scrub it with soap), I plan to fix this after an additional content update is released. So stay tuned
